AN EMIC RESEARCH ON THE IDEAL LEADERSHIP STYLE OF TURKIC PEOPLE

The aim of this emic research was to identify the ideal leadership prototype Turkic people. For purpose, semi-structured interviews were conducted with a total 224 participants from countries. Of participants, 40 Azerbaijan, 38 Kazakhstan, 33 Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, 34 Turkmenistan, and 39 Uzbekistan. data analyzed through content analysis technique. Findings indicated that people consisted two main components: charismatic paternalistic. component comprised five themes or dimensions: visionary, stimulating, smart, brave, charming. paternalistic three virtuous, caring, authoritative. Each theme dimension several qualities/codes. In way, as far is known, for first time, common style has been identified.
